Creating her own lane, Kafilat Amokomowo is the walking definition of a Serial Entrepreneur.
Known as a Media Maven to many, Kafilat Amokomowo is also the creative that curated the event "Hip-Hop Unleashed Winter Jam", which has toured throughout NJ, NY and Washington, DC. The Winter Jam has had special appearances including the Breakfast Clubs' own Angela Yee and DJ Envy.
In addition, Ola was the face and host of a local Cable-vision show in Paterson, New Jersey called "Monday Music Videos" which aired every Monday. Ola is also the Executive Producer and host for a YouTube show entitled "The Booth Shall Set You Free".

Kafilat has also worked as a content and tv producer for major networks like CBS, MTV and VH1. Filming the pilot for the daytime show Drew Barrymore Show, talent producer for Club MTV with DJ Dnice and host producer for Love & Hiphop Reunions.

When she is not prepping for an interview, working on a tv production set, hosting an event or managing an artist, she is actively working as the Founder and President of KAPPA THETA LAMBDA - Outstanding Ladies w/ Attitude. A non-profit, non-collegiate, professional and social organization that promotes sisterhood, entrepreneurship, education and community service.

Audrey Williamson is proud to serve as the founding Vice President of Kappa Theta Lamda, Inc. She joins our sisterhood with a myriad of personal and professional accomplishments.
Audrey is a proud alumna of Spelman College and Columbia University. Upon graduating Spelman College on a full ride from United Negro College Fund, she joined Teach For America where she directly impacted her hometown of Newark, New Jersey as a change agent in the classroom.
Audrey has dedicated her life to advocating and fighting for marginalized communities. She currently serves as the Director of People and Performance at Teach For America, helping others find opportunities to join the fight against educational inequity.
She is also a founding board member of an HBCU inspired charter school that launched summer 2020, Atlanta Unbound Academy. Through this work, Audrey is committed to serve the students and families of the local Atlanta and College Park community.
Lastly, Audrey is also the Founder of AHW Investment, an organization focused on teaching and coaching marginalized communities to foster honest conversations about money and investing. Audrey is humbled to bring her skills and experiences to serve on the board of Kappa Theta Lamda, Inc.
Stella first came to the US in 2003, she transferred from London as the Director of Personnel and training for one of the largest music retailers in the world.
Her solid background in Human Resources, training, ServSafe, operations and specializing in turning around low performing businesses, allowed her to assist well known companies such as Victoria secrets, Guess, The Gap and LK Bennett to name a few.
Stella eventually made the move to Atlanta, which was always a dream of hers, because of all the black excellence in the city, she knew should would thrive there.
While in Atlanta, Stella worked as a consultant however, an opportunity to be involved in the opening of one of the biggest, multimillion, multi level entertainment complexes, led her to her current role as General Manager at ÅŒAK Atlanta.
Stella is also a natural creative, who studied Graphic Design and Fine Art in college but has always been passionate about fashion, styling and interior design too.
In early 2020, pushed by her friends and colleagues who felt she should share her talents, she launched her own Interior Design and Accessory business called, Stella O Designs.
In her position, Stella is also an ambassador for women empowerment and breast cancer awareness, as she is a recent survivor herself.

Growing up in Paterson, New Jersey, Kenisha Jackson has always been a creative, active, athletic and outgoing person. She played softball and basketball from the elementary school to hight school.
Singing and songwriting which is also a passion of hers since the age of 10. She even made it to the world famous Apollo Theater Stage in High School, which was a huge accomplishment for her.
Kenisha attended Passaic County and Essex County College in NJ for Psychology, however she didn't graduate but continued at a Medical Trade school which she became a Certified Nursing Assistant for 13 years in the medical field.
Kenisha is one of the Founding Sisters of KOA Sorority. Most importantly a wife, mother of three - "SonShines" she calls them.
Kenisha is the Owner and Operator of Another Round Mobile Bartending Service LLC and a Non- Profit Organization called "4 The Love of Arts" that gives children in her community the chance
and opportunities to experience and learn music in a professional studio setting.

Throughout my tenure at Georgia State, I developed a familiarity with all kinds of music, including classical, alternative rock, rhythm & blues, and hip-hop. I excelled in several internships, with concentrations in marketing/management, at LoudNKlear Entertainment/Icon Studios under the direction and tutelage of Ian Burke and Stone and Tashia Stafford; Twelve Studios with Dina Marto, Chubbie Baby and the AwesomLife team while serving artists such as Rick Ross and T.I.; and Biv Global Management with Rocky Bivens and LaTocha Scott of Grammy award-winning R&B group Xscape.
Currently, I freelance and help curate and manage digital media content, for both local and national independent artists’ social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. I also assist in organizing and executing promotional materials and projects for events.
Amongst these services, artist and label consulting & management is my specialty. At this time, I have creatives such as Olympia Papageorgiou/Qurriculum Global, Six Figure Serge, Queenie Lasoul, and others on my roster. In spring of 2020, I was accepted into a marketing program at my alma mater, Georgia State University, where I am currently completing a master's degree, to be conferred in August 2021.
Although others believe their success should never be defined by the success of those around them, I truly believe teamwork makes the dream work. I love taking care of people whether it’s an actual illness or the soul and mind that’s sick, I love to make people feel good or better. That’s probably why I chose a career in the healthcare field as a Dental Assistant.
A lot of people downplay the dentist but funny thing is most people are terrified of them. Believe it or not we are a-lot like therapist, talking patients through their fears or problems when they sit in that dental chair. My job as an assistant is to assist the doctor during surgical procedures, but the most pride I get from my job is taking care of my patients. I love Oral surgery because it gives me the thrill of the surgical world, and a lot of the procedures I do is to help give the patients a better way of life.
But there is a creative side to me....
I love Interior Decorating or what I call “Interior Styling”. I love a beautiful home. Whether simple and modern, warm and rustic, or the ultimate glam, interior styling gives me much joy.
In 2018 Shamika and her started their interior decorating company Decor Styles By JS. Her specialty as co-founder is home staging and painting. I love creating accent wall designs for clients or coming into a home and brining a vision to life. In 2021 Decor Styles By JS will be celebrating 3 years with a release of the brand Home by JS which will feature a line of bedding and linens. “I love being a dental assistant but I want to create something for my son, something that could be passed down for generations. Even if this something my son doesn’t want to do for the rest of his life, it will give him options and the experience of running a business. I want him to have the knowledge I didn’t have growing up.”

I am the Treasurer for KAPPA THETA LAMBDA. For over 13 years, I have been the co-owner of New Wave Carpet and Tile Care, LLC. We provide carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning services in the metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
I am currently in the process of launching my candle and skincare line, Adell Lashawn Scents. It is expected to premiere in January/2021.
When I am not working hard on my black-owned businesses, I put on my media hat and provide public relations support to Citizens for Positive Reform, a social justice group working on protecting the underrepresented and vulnerable citizens of Coweta County.
One of my favorites hobbies is journalism, reporting, and writing. Also, I am the Entertainment and News Editor of Tea With Tia. Tea with Tea is an Entertainment and News Blog.

Amy Jacobs is the definition of an entrepreneur. Amidst a 24 year tenure at the North Jersey Developmental Center working with developmentally delayed people, I’ve started multiple businesses across varied industries. Some of these businesses include opening 8 childcare centers and becoming the founder of my current enterprise A World Entertainment.
A World houses multiple divisions such as a reality show “From Up North to Down South (FUND$)” which follows a group of independent artists through 11 states as well as live event planning and A World Studios which serves a wide range of clientele including celebrities, photographers, videographers, models, dancers, etc. I also hold casting calls, music video & tv shoots. Some notable entities I’ve worked with include Power 105.1, Atlantic Records, etc. Productions I’ve worked with include “Power”, “Love and Hip Hop”, etc. I’ve worked with multiple artists such as Cardi B, Remy Ma, Fat Joe, etc. My passion for the industry makes me the perfect liaison between up and coming artists and the many powerful contacts I’ve accrued over the years.
